MEMORIALS

West-Clarke

Claudette Sonja May                                                        August 1, 1945 – May 12, 2016

On May 12,2016, a dear fellow student, Claudette Clarke (nee West) fell asleep in death after battling a terminal illness for a number of years. Claudette will likely be remembered by the first and second batches of alumni, because in 1962 during her second year at STATHS, she immigrated to Ontario, Canada.

Claudette, a devout Jehovah’s Witness, was well known for her warm, calm and loving persona which endeared so many to her.  Her warm hazel eyes were her outstanding feature, and when used to describe her appearance, would trigger an instant recollection of who she was.

At the time of her passing she resided in Kincardine, Ontario, with her beloved husband, Claude to whom she was married for almost 44 years.

STATHS Alumni extends its deepest condolences to the family.

STAFFORD WYCLIFFE ISAAC-HENRY

To those who recognize this man – not a word has to be said. So very true…..his picture is worth a thousand words. In our society angels are usually depicted in white robes – and with a face to match.

This angel was black!!!!1658630_10151926268292957_1049075007_o
